Staking NFTs

Staking NFTs is a common and vital element within Smithonia’s gameplay. Depending on the NFT and where it is being staked, players can achieve a variety of effects and rewards. Players can also stake their NFTs to complete quests in Smithonia, upgrade their weapons, improve their gear, and earn passive $Gold.

Staking Legacy Pass:

Players can earn $SGC by staking their Legacy Pass, activating the 10% revenue share bonus exclusive to Pass Holders. This generates in-game revenue to help their progression and economic goals.

Staking Pickaxes

Players can stake their Pickaxes in Firestone Mine to generate vital resources needed throughout the Smithonia universe.

Staking Quests:

Players will be able to complete quests by staking their Smithonia NFTs. These quests may involve various challenges, puzzles, or objectives that players must overcome. When completed successfully, players will be rewarded in $SGC, crafting resources, loot boxes, and exclusive rewards. Players will still earn $SGC for unsuccessful quest completion, to acknowledge the attempt and entice returns.

Staking Weapons and Armor:

Staking weapons, living weapons, and armor are key aspects of the upgrading system within Smithonia. Amongst other effects, items will receive Experience as they are utilized through the game, much like earning XP. The experience level of a weapon is directly tied to the success rate of upgrade attempts. This can be fully explained in the upgrading section, here.
